This memo is to announce the release of Cuddles Pulse IPS software Version 8.26.3.1 for the Server and DDP, Cuddles Pulse Controller Config Tool Version 3.26.3. These versions provide bug fixes along with new features and updates.
Error Events Summary
Item 1 Current State: DDP tag list and Cuddles Pulse UI tag list incongruity:A tag turned off will be removed from the UI tag list immediately, but remain on the DDP for a longer time period.
Item 1 Correction: Added Tag Detect Depart Delay in the Controller Config App to allow the tag list on the DDP and the UI to synch up properly resulting in turned off (or deactivated) tags being removed from both the UI and Software tag lists simultaneously.
Item 2 Current State: DDP/Cuddles Pulse UI Map Color Disparity: DDP and Cuddles pulse UI display different map colors. Additionally DDP only allowed for one background color.
Item 2 Correction: DDP software updated to enable maps to match between DDP and Cuddles Pulse UI and allow for multiple colors.
Item 3 Current State: Tailgate Alarms: Alarms would occur upon a valid Reset All with a tag still present in a field. To address this in the field the Controller Config App tailgate setting was disabled to prevent this.
Item 3 Correction: Correction now made in door controller software eliminate the need to disable the Controller Config App tailgate setting.
Item 4 Current State: LDAPS and Cuddles Pulse UI user account limitations
Item 4 Correction: Allows use of UI user account or dedicated account, groups. Enabled use of search instead of being limited to a drop down. Additionally merged domain and credential tabs.
Item 5 Current State: Band Alert Timing: One timer being used for all concurrent tag band alerts. If multiple tags caused a band alert during the same time period, it combined the time.
Item 5 Correction: Band Alerts – In the event of multiple concurrent band alarms each event is now assigned separate timers.
Item 6 Current: Band Alerts remaining present in Cuddles Pulse UI after resolution:, Intermittently a Band Alert would continue to be displayed as active after it had been resolved.
Item 6 Correction: Band Alerts now reset and are removed from the display once the the alert is resolved.
