To sign up for our SharePoint portal, please use the following instructions:
- Send an email with the subject line “SharePoint Support” to JosephR@accutechsecurity.com. Include your name, organization/facility, and email address in the email.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive an email invitation to the site. Click on the link in the email to begin signing up.
- If you are already signed into a Microsoft/Outlook account in your browser, you may be taken to the site immediately. If so, make sure to bookmark the site so you can easily access it again.
Alternatively, and/or when accessing the site in the future, you may encounter the Welcome screen as seen to the right:
Follow steps A-C below until you gain access to the site:
A) Click on Organizational Account and try logging in with your work email address and password. If this does not work, try step B.
B) Click on Microsoft Account and try logging in with your work email address and password. If this does not work, try step C.
C) Click on Create a Microsoft Account and create a new account using your work email address and password.
If none of these options work, please refer to the FAQ below or send an email with the subject line “SharePoint Support” to JosephR@accutechsecurity.com with a description of the problem.
Frequently Asked Questions
You will need to email JosephR@accutechsecurity.com using the subject line “SharePoint Support". In the email, write the email addresses of the users you need access for. Those users will then need to accept the invitations and follow the above instructions themselves to gain access to the site.

Your invitation should arrive within a few minutes, but in some cases may take up to an hour to arrive. Also, verify your email request uses the subject line “SharePoint Support”. If you still have not received an invitation after waiting for an hour, or if you need documentation immediately, call Customer Support at (800) 356-2671.
